Buffalo - Style Chicken Stuffed Biscuits

Ingredients

¾ cup    shredded rotisserie chicken
¼ cup    The Original Louisiana Brand Wing Sauce
¼ cup    shredded Cheddar cheese
¼ cup    shredded mozzarella cheese
1pkg (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (10 count)
1 tbsp    butter, melted
2 tbsp    finely chopped fresh chives
½ cup    ranch or blue cheese dressing

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F

2. In medium bowl, stir together chicken, The Original “Louisiana” Brand® Wing Sauce, Cheddar and mozzarella.

3. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Cut each horizontally almost all the way, opening each up like a book.

3. Arrange heaped 1 tbsp chicken filling in center of bottom layer of each biscuit. Cap with top halves, pressing gently. Arrange on parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with chives.

5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
